Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications and digital services developed and operated by Jiveal Desarrolladores S.L. ("Jiveal", "we", "us" or "our"). It explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

1. Data Controller

  • Company: Jiveal Desarrolladores S.L.
  • VAT / Tax ID: B42627711
  • Registered address: Calle lo Platero, 4, 03177 San Fulgencio (Alicante), Spain
  • Contact email: hola@jiveal.com

2. Scope

This policy covers all consumer mobile applications published by Jiveal under its developer accounts on Google Play and the Apple App Store, including (but not limited to) FactuYa, Steal Brainrot — Online Cards, W-Radar, StudioAI and any successor or related applications (collectively, the "Apps").

Some Apps may have additional in-app notices or supplementary policies that apply to specific features (for example, in-app purchases, social features or AI-generated content). Where there is a conflict, the more specific notice prevails over this generic policy.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on the App and the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), profile picture or username, where account creation is required.
  • Authentication data: tokens issued by third-party identity providers (e.g. Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In) when you choose to authenticate through them.
  • Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, IP address, advertising identifier (where applicable), crash reports and diagnostic logs.
  • Usage data: in-app interactions, screens viewed, features used, time spent, frequency of use and other behavioural signals.
  • Content you create or upload: messages, images, documents, invoices, game progress, collected items, settings and any other content you choose to store in the App.
  • Purchase data: records of in-app purchases and subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing or Apple App Store. Jiveal does not directly collect or store payment card data.
  • Support data: information you share with us when contacting customer support.

4. How We Use Information

We use the data described above to:

  • Provide, operate and maintain the Apps and their core functionality.
  • Create and manage your user account and authenticate you across sessions.
  • Process in-app purchases, subscriptions and renewals.
  • Personalise your experience, save your progress and synchronise data across devices.
  • Communicate with you about updates, technical notices, security alerts and support requests.
  • Diagnose, debug and resolve crashes or technical issues.
  • Detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, cheating or violations of our terms.
  • Analyse aggregated, anonymised usage to improve the Apps and develop new features.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations, court orders and lawful requests by public authorities.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (EU/EEA Users)

Where the GDPR applies, the legal bases on which we rely are:

  • Performance of a contract: to deliver the App and its features once you accept our terms.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the service, prevent fraud, debug issues and improve our products, where these interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: for non-essential analytics, personalised advertising and any sensitive features that explicitly request your consent.
  • Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, anti-fraud and other applicable laws.

6. Third-Party Services and Sharing

We rely on a limited set of trusted third-party providers that act as data processors on our behalf or as independent controllers, depending on the case. Depending on the App, these may include:

  • Cloud hosting and storage: for backend infrastructure, databases and file storage.
  • Crash reporting and diagnostics: Firebase Crashlytics or equivalent tools to detect and fix technical issues.
  • Analytics: Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics or equivalent providers, using aggregated and anonymised data wherever possible.
  • Advertising and attribution (when applicable): Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network or equivalent networks, only with your consent where required.
  • Payment processing: Google Play Billing and Apple App Store, which handle all payment data directly.
  • Email and customer support tools: transactional email and ticketing providers.
  • AI service providers (where relevant): third-party large-language-model APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) used to power AI features inside specific Apps. We do not send personal data beyond what is strictly necessary to deliver the requested feature.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with third parties only as needed to operate the Apps, to comply with legal obligations, or with your explicit consent.

7. International Data Transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area (mainly in the United States). When personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on the safeguards approved by the European Commission, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Apps and comply with our legal obligations:

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and deleted upon account deletion, subject to the exceptions below.
  • Purchase and billing records: retained for the periods required by Spanish tax, accounting and commercial laws (minimum 4 years under article 66 of the Spanish General Tax Law, extendable to 6 years under article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code).
  • Anti-fraud signals: minimum pseudonymised data retained as necessary to prevent the re-creation of sanctioned accounts.
  • Diagnostic and analytics data: kept for as long as needed for security and product improvement, normally not exceeding 26 months.

9. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account at any time. Each App provides an in-app option (typically under Account → Delete account) to initiate the process. App-specific deletion instructions are also published on our website, for example:

If you cannot access the App, you can request deletion by sending an email to hola@jiveal.com from the address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and complete the request within 30 calendar days, as required by article 17 GDPR.

10. Your Rights

If you are located in the EU/EEA, the UK or other jurisdictions with comparable laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request the deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
  • Request the portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw any consent previously given at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Spain, the competent authority is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hola@jiveal.com.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below this age. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hola@jiveal.com and we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

12. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss. All traffic between the Apps and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS). Passwords are stored hashed and salted, never in plain text. Access to production data is restricted to authorised personnel.

13. Permissions

Depending on the App, we may request access to device features such as the camera, photo library, notifications or storage. These permissions are requested only when needed to deliver a specific feature you actively use, and can be revoked at any time from your device settings.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Apps, in our practices or in applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through the Apps or via email when possible. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.

15. Contact

If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data, please contact us at hola@jiveal.com.
